As Canadians it is not just for enjoyment that we engage in summer fun- it is our responsibility to squeeze as much fun out of July & August as humanly possible, and what better way to do that then on a patio before or after a cruise on Lady Muskoka? August is halfway over so if you have not clocked enough hours on a patio yet, Bracebridge has many gorgeous options to choose from. Here are our Top Three picks!
Inn at the Falls
Just a short drive from Lady Muskoka and two blocks away from downtown Bracebridge, the Inn at the Falls offers a patio situated in a gardener’s dream. There are three tiers of patio that overlook Bracebridge Bay and the abundance of trees and flowers creates a quiet and serene space that invites guests to relax and linger over their meal.

The Old Station
Located in downtown Bracebridge, guests can take a break from shopping to enjoy a cocktail, lunch or dinner on this intimate courtyard patio. In celebration of the short but coveted patio season in Muskoka The Old Station created a drink in its honor: the Patio Perfection Cocktail- vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry, orange and lime juice, topped with sprite. This fresh and seasonal cocktail tastes like a grownup version of the summertime slushies of childhood, and who doesn’t love a good dose of summer nostalgia?

Only a 10-minute drive from Lady Muskoka, Touchstone Resort is offering what we all wanted but didn’t have until now- patio brunch. From 10:00am – 12:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays until the end of August you can brunch in the sun on Touchstone’s gorgeous patio overlooking the waters of Muskoka.
